    As a custom paper bag printing service, we strive to ensure that all products meet the highest standards. However, please note that due to the nature of custom printing, there may be a maximum variation of up to 10% in the following areas:

    • Printing: Colors, alignment, and positioning of printed designs may vary slightly from the digital proof provided.
    • Color: Due to differences in monitor displays and printing processes, the final product's color may not match exactly to what you see on screen.
    • Positioning: The positioning of logos or artwork may vary within acceptable limits, but will not exceed 10%.
    • Material: The type of paper or material used for the bags may vary slightly depending on availability or manufacturing factors.
    • Size: The dimensions of the paper bags may vary by up to 10% from the specified size.
  2. Custom Design
    You are responsible for providing artwork or design files in the correct format as specified by us. Any changes to your design request after the order is confirmed may result in additional charges.

  3. Order Accuracy
    We make every effort to ensure accuracy in fulfilling your order. However, we are not liable for any discrepancies in the final product caused by issues beyond our control, such as file errors, miscommunication, or delays caused by third-party suppliers or shipping.

  4. Shipping and Delivery
    Delivery times are estimated based on standard shipping schedules. Delays beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues, may affect delivery times. Please review our shipping policy for more details.

  5. Cancellations and Returns
    Since each order is custom made, cancellations or returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to resolve the issue.
